This office-based role focuses on supporting the full life cycle of permitting, land acquisition, and early-stage construction planning. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, or MS Project and capable of reading and interpreting project contracts to ensure alignment with development timelines and contractual milestones. Key Responsibilities* Create, manage, and regularly update detailed project schedules for renewable energy projects using Primavera P6, MS Project and other project management tools.* Read and interpret project contracts to identify critical dates, deliverables, and performance obligations.* Coordinate with internal teams, legal counsel, vendors, and consultants to maintain alignment between schedule and actual project execution.* Track permitting applications and approvals, ensuring all submissions are timely, accurate, and well-documented.* Order, monitor, and manage third-party reports, including titles, surveys, and environmental studies.* Ensure integrity and completeness of project documentation, including lease exhibits and permitting deliverables.* Maintain centralized records of timelines, approvals, reports, and key project correspondence.* Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate updates, track project milestones, and monitor program performance metrics. * Analyzing project milestones and reporting fiscal impact and risk to the Project Manager.Qualifications & Skills* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.* Minimum of 2 years of experience in permitting, experience in the construction industry, or project coordination. * Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.* Ability to read and analyze project contracts and legal documents.* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach. * Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications * Experience working on renewable energy, commercial construction, or infrastructure development projects. * Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, Smartsheet, or other technical project tools. * Understanding of permitting requirements at local, state, and federal levels. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and zoning maps. * Experience supporting regulatory compliance and document control.
