Introduction
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Execution team. You will be responsible for managing all activities related to the execution of purchase orders and contracts, which involves overseeing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role plays a crucial part in delivering successful project outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships, which will positively impact customer satisfaction and business performance. In this position, you will report to the Director of Project Management.
This position is mainly located in Brookefield, WI, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
This position may require travel up to 30%.

You will join a team of project execution professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring customer success. We are currently managing a diverse portfolio of projects and continuously improving our execution processes and tools.
We work closely with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Legal, Field Service, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, Technical Support, Market Areas, Proposals, Sales, Project Governance, and Account Managers. Our team culture is all about collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Team members are located across multiple regions.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end project execution from pre-sale through warranty closeout.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and systems including SAP, Dynamics, schedules, reports, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to define and track deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Oversee document control, quality plans, change orders, and compliance with customer specifications.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, risk assessments, and lessons learned sessions.
- Monitor project KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Integrated Margin, and Customer Payment Status.
- Ensure compliance with all project governance, regulatory, and client requirements.
- Provide leadership, direction, and feedback to project team members and promote a professional work environment.
Who You Are
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management tools and systems (e.g., SAP, MS Project, Dynamics).
- Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Able to lead teams and drive accountability across departments.
- Knowledgeable in contract review, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Preferred experience in the mining, aggregates, or heavy equipment industries, but not required.
