About the RAPIDS Program

About the Role

In this mission, you will lead a sales enablement for new product launches within the Drinking Water portfolio. The associate will equip the sales team to execute on commercialization goals by building tools, identifying market opportunities, and directly engaging with customers and field reps.

You will play a central role in translating technical product value into sales strategy-blending data analysis, market insights, and hands-on training to accelerate revenue growth for platforms like Pro Filtration and Liv EZ.

Reports to: Sr. Director Product Management - Drinking Water

Key Focus Areas

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Create scalable training content and sales tools to support product launches

  • Drive enablement through webinars, live sessions, and job aids

Market Strategy & Targeting

  • Analyze sales pipeline and industry data to identify high-potential segments

  • Support vertical targeting in education, airports, and commercial buildings

Field Engagement & Insights

  • Attend customer meetings, tradeshows, and spec rep events with field sales

  • Gather in-field insights to influence messaging, roadmap, and pipeline priorities

Success Measures

  • Build a $5M qualified opportunity funnel within the first 6 months

  • Deliver training to 100% of targeted sales reps across assigned regions

  • Drive sales team satisfaction (NPS 8.0+) with tools and training delivered

  • Document and deliver field insights to support future roadmap and feature strategy

Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or sales enablement

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with proven cross-functional collaboration

  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities

  • Willingness to relocate if needed
