Asphalt Equipment Operators and Laborers assist in the paving of asphalt on roads, pathways, and parking lots.

Ideal Candidates for this position have:

Proven work experience as an Asphalt Equipment Operator

Knowledge of road and traffic regulations

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work on weekends

Ability to travel overnight

Ability to work for long hours in all weather conditions

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Excellent communication and observation skills

Solid driving record required
