The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures. Comply with safety regulations and protocols at all times. Skills Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Good communication skills for effective teamwork. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in construction practices.
