Commercial Construction Manager

This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to join a dynamic development and construction company known for its hands-on approach and impactful commercial and multifamily projectsranging from 20 to 100 units. With a tight-knit, fast-moving team, you'll be onsite and directly involved in managing subcontractors and pushing high-quality builds across the finish line. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Manager position include: Minimum of six years of project management experience, with 10+ years preferred Experience managing at least three commercial or multifamily construction projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of AIA documentation, subcontractor coordination, and obtaining bids Comfortable reading construction plans and performing takeoffs Familiarity with Excel and any software they are comfortable using (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore) Ability to lead walkthroughs and ensure subcontractors meet quality standards Local experience in New Jersey construction projects required Onsite presence required Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, occasional Saturdays Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
