Job Description
Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
Max Bill Rate ***
Responsibilities:
Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects mostly centering around power, cooling, generator, etc.
Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service including.
Daily activities include schedule and financial management as well as interfacing with vendors via calls and meetings.
Must have attention to detail, sense of urgency and wireless network (cell site) construction experience as well as technical aptitude with computers to navigate tools.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
- Ability to review project documents and generate a detailed bill of materials for project equipment requirements. This includes RF design documents and construction drawings.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to generate creative solutions to problems
- Knowledge of DC power systems used in the telecommunications environment. Must understand the systems and what equipment will be needed to meet *** standards (batteries, power plants, generators, HVAC, etc.)
- Knowledge of cellular network architecture
- Proficient in using computers, including experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office software, as well as experience with relational and web based database applications
- Attend project update meetings to present status updates.
- Work with a team to make sure projects are worked with a sense of urgency
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Must have demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
- Ability to proactively identify potential problems and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Self Motivated / Self Starter
- Provide accurate capital budget forecasts
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Five or more years of relevant work experience
- Ideally possessing a degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or other relevant fields
LOGISTICS:
- Worker will work standard 8 hour shift Monday through Friday
- Work will be done during normal business hours
- 3 Days (T-W-Th) in office at Lone Tree, CO
