Now Hiring: General Labor - 1st & 2nd Shift | Columbia, MO

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime required most days)Shift 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Overtime required most nights)

Pay: $17.00/hour - Pay Raises: After 90 / 180 / 240 days based on performance and attendance

About the Job:

Join a hardworking team at a leading concrete fabrication facility. No construction experience required, but you must be willing to work hard, get dirty, and show up ready to learn. Work is indoors but not climate controlledmeaning hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

What You'll Do:

Tear down and set up large concrete forms

Use hand and power tools (tape measure, hammer, impact drill, flat bar, etc.)

Assist with pouring and finishing concrete

Keep the worksite clean and organized

Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally)

What We're Looking For:

Physically capable and reliable workers

Able to work in hot or cold environments

Comfortable with repetitive labor and standing for long periods

Willing to get hands dirty and show up with a team-first mindset

Basic tool knowledge is helpful, but we'll train the right candidate

PPE Required:

Steel-toe boots

Gloves

Safety glasses
