Concrete Supervisor Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Ability to Commute: Olathe, KS 66062 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Olathe, KS 66062: Relocate before starting work (Required) Job Responsibilities: Forming and Checking Slope Read blue Prints Setting Grade and Installing Rebar Finishing Driveways, Sidewalk, Curbs and Stamp Patios Driving truck with trailer Perform additional duties as needed Can lift heavy materials(50lbs +) Working during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust from construction operations depending upon project site. Job Requirements: Must have 5+ years working with Industrial Concrete. Must have 2+ years' supervisory experience. Must be proficient in managing crew, time, and costs. Read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required. Identify all tools required for tasks. Mathematical ability to figure concrete calculations. Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks. Illustrate in-depth knowledge of all concrete processes. Tactically plan operations for scheduling workloads in crews efficiently utilizing assets and resources to minimize cost. Must have good leadership and communication skills.
