Position Overview: The Senior Structure Engineer will be a key leader within the Transportation Design Group. This role is responsible for managing structural design projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring technical and quality compliance for state and transportation agency standards. Mandatory Requirements: 8 to 20 years of experience in the design and preparation of plans for transportation infrastructure. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania . Hands-on experience working with PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) projects. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Responsibilities: Lead structural and bridge design projects from concept through construction. Manage technical documentation, plan preparation, and cost estimation. Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and agency stakeholders. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and designers. Ensure deliverables meet PennDOT/PTC requirements and quality standards.
