Known for high-quality, cost-effective construction, they deliver a wide range of projects from $15K renovations to $30M industrial facilities serving industries like education, healthcare, historical renovation, and more.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager who can lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, hands-on knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage cost, scope, quality, and safety effectively.

Must-Haves:

• 5 10 years experience in commercial construction project management

• Experience managing mid-to-large-scale construction projects

• Proficiency with contracts, budgets, schedules, and safety compliance

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor s in Construction Management or related field

• Experience with Sage 300, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam

• Previous work with a General Contractor
