We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator to join a reputable and well-established construction firm with a strong presence in commercial interior build-outs and large-scale drywall projects. • Prepare accurate, detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for drywall, framing, insulation, and related scopes of work

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor/vendor proposals

• Manage the full bid process from invitation to final submission

• Maintain and build strong relationships with general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors

• Coordinate and attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and scope review meetings

• Track and update proposal logs and follow up on awarded and pending bids

• Collaborate with project management and field teams to ensure seamless project handoff

• Monitor market trends in materials and labor costs for pricing accuracy

• Minimum 5 years of commercial drywall estimating experience

• Proven portfolio of completed commercial projects ranging from mid-sized tenant improvements to multimillion-dollar buildouts

• Strong knowledge of industry-standard takeoff and estimating software (QuickBid, OST, PlanSwift, etc.)

• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately

• Professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Strong tenure and history of long-term employment with previous companies

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Motivated to grow within a company and contribute to its long-term success

• Salary: $110,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience
