Bathroom/Window Installer

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and dependable subcontractors to join our growing team to install bathrooms and windows in residential properties. Ideal candidates will have their own tools, transportation, and necessary licenses or insurance. We provide steady work, timely payments, and clear project scopes. You bring the skillswe handle the scheduling and customer coordination.

Responsibilities:
*Complete bathroom remodels and window installations according to company standards and customer specifications
*Demolition, prep, framing, tiling, fixture installation, plumbing hookups, window removal and replacement
*Ensure installations are watertight, level, and square
*Communicate with project manager regarding timelines, materials, and site readiness
*Maintain a clean and professional worksite
*Follow building codes and safety guidelines
*Deliver high-quality workmanship and represent our company professionally on-site

Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years of experience in bathroom remodeling and window installation
*Own tools, transportation, and PPE
*Valid contractors license (if required by local laws)
*General liability insurance and workers' compensation (or waiver if permitted)
*Ability to work independently and manage small crews (if applicable)
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
*Good communication skills and customer service mindset
