About the Job:
Were hiring a skilled Excavator Operator with a CDL A to join our team! You'll operate excavators and other heavy equipment to install septic systems.

Were looking for someone reliable, experienced, and safety-focused.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000
* $1,000 after 6 months
* $1,000 after 12 months

Bonus Eligibility:
- CDL A (Required)
- 3+ years of excavator operator experience

What Youll Do:
- Dig trenches and foundations using excavators
- Grade, backfill, and compact to job specs
- Load/unload materials and maintain equipment
- Follow safety protocols and project plans
- Haul equipment using company trucks/trailers

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A (Required)
- 3+ years of excavator experience
- Experience with loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, and tankers
- Basic mechanical repair skills
- At least 18 years old
- 3+ years of driving experience
- Acceptable driving record (MVR)
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen

Preferred:
- 5+ years in civil or residential construction
- Experience with septic, sewer, or drainage system installation
