As a Sheet Metal Estimator, you'll play a key role in the project development and bid preparation. Your responsibility will be to accurately estimate costs associated with piping projects, ensuring competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for sheet metal projects including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
• Utilize estimating software and historical cost data for accurate estimates.
• Coordinate bid submissions and maintain vendor relationships for competitive pricing.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a construction-related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sheet Metal Estimator in construction or related industries.
• Proficiency in estimating software and strong knowledge of industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
