Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work off project list to develop solutions to manufacturing issues
• Build equipment for model change, safety initiatives, or to increase build rate as requested
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering & production to develop solutions
• Support 6s events
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Engineer Team Lead

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience with welding – MIG, TIG and stick
• Ability to use torch and plasma cutter
• Experience with mill work
• Self-starter
• Ability to work alone and in a team
• Good listener & communicator
• Basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude
