Job Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently work with loaders and unloaders to position product where needed. Perform various warehouse duties. Stage orders to outbound shipments.
Periodically operate a forklift. Housekeeping duties. Assist with damage control.
Organize pallets Report all injuries, illnesses, near misses, damage or other issues timely.

Job Requirements:
*Actively participate in all Client required Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance programs.
*Reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents.
*Safely operate forklift to arrange product within the warehouse.
*Pulling orders per customer requests, including palletizing bags and preparing the pallet for shipment.
*Must be done in such a way as to reduce the chance of damage in transit.
*Accurately fill orders and document lot numbers for each bag and each product.
*Shrink wrap and stage orders for shipment.
*Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending upon identified needs of the operations.
*Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
*Assist in maintaining the housekeeping program (cleaning), including required written documentation.
*Filtering face piece respirator may be required for certain tasks.
*Assist in efficient warehousing and organization of products.
*Attempt to keep products clear of dust, debris, and safe stacking of pallets is required.
*Assist in light maintenance which may include using ladders, hand tools, and power tools.
*Promote the Client Way and core Values.
*Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.
*Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays .

Physical Requirements:
*Standing for prolonged periods of time.
*Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
*Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pound bags when pulling orders or working damage control.
