We’re seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead and coordinate field operations on commercial construction projects throughout the greater Knoxville, TN area . This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in running efficient, high-performing job sites—delivering quality builds on schedule and with a strong focus on safety.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Project Scheduling & Coordination

  • Collaborate on project schedules, monitor key milestones, and manage daily onsite operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades for efficient workflow

Field Operations & Logistics

  • Oversee procurement, site logistics, and material deliveries
  • Maintain productivity, security, and organization across job sites
  • Supervise labor and support project closeout efforts

Compliance & Documentation

  • Complete and maintain daily logs, safety documentation, timekeeping, and as-built drawings
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, inspectors, and owners to ensure compliance with construction documents

Quality & Cost Control

  • Conduct ongoing inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans
  • Support project managers with cost tracking, subcontractor applications, and change order reviews

Safety & Risk Management

  • Champion a safe work environment and enforce compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies including EEO and Affirmative Action

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of superintendent-level experience in commercial construction
  • Ability to interpret and manage plans, specifications, and schedules with confidence
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills across a variety of project types and sizes
  • Solid working knowledge of basic technology and construction software
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30, TDEC Erosion & Sediment Control, and Competent Person preferred
