Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• We're hiring a Multifamily Construction Superintendent with a hands-on leadership style and a strong background in large-scale ground-up multifamily construction (wood-frame or podium).

• If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and leads from the front - this is for you.

• You'll oversee daily field operations, drive the construction schedule, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met - serving as the key field leader from groundbreaking through Certificate of Occupancy.

• Lead daily site operations on multifamily projects (Type V/III podium, wood-frame, etc.).

• Manage and maintain project schedules with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Direct subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and productivity across all trades.

• Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain a clean, organized job site.

• Utilize tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for field documentation and scheduling.

• Work closely with project managers and design teams to resolve field challenges.

• Enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure smooth turnovers and minimal punch lists.

• Be a boots-on-the-ground leader who leads by example and holds teams accountable.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 6+ years as lead superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.

• Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and logistics.

• Proven success managing 20+ subcontractors on a single site.

• Tech-savvy with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and P6.

• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.

• Must be hands-on - this is not a trailer-only position.
