On-Site Residential Construction Project Manager

Rattigan Construction, Inc. has been building custom residential homes for high-net-worth individuals in the Los Angeles area for over 24 years. We're looking to add a motivated, adaptable, and communicative member to our team. We're currently hiring for a Project Manager position. In this role, you'll be onsite and help manage the day-to-day operations of one our projects. You'll be responsible for helping facilitate the efficient flow of information between the architects, designers, clients, and subcontractors. You'll be paired with a Project Superintendent and work as a team to manage the construction process. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm.

Job duties are but not limited to:
-Creating RFIs and RFPs
-Creating meeting agendas
-Scheduling subs and managing the project schedule
-Interfacing with subs, clients, architects, designers, and client representatives
-Collecting invoices
-Processing progress billings
-Coordinating/corresponding with architectures, project managers, owners & subs
-Manage construction budget
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Prepare bids/proposals, change orders, work authorizations, timesheets
