Were looking to add a Commercial Painter to support our lead painter in executing high-quality industrial coatings on piping, tanks, and structural steel. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and an interest in learning the craft of industrial painting in real-world field conditions.

What You'll Do

• Prep, clean, prime, and paint structural steel, pipe, and mechanical systems for field or in-shop installation
• Assist in applying industrial coatings using spray, brush, and/or roller methods
• Mix and match paint to achieve specified colors and finishes
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in safe, working order
• Support lead painter on field jobstransporting materials, setting up scaffolding, masking/surface protection
• Follow all company safety protocols including proper PPE use, ventilation, and fire prevention
• Work in various conditions, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor environments

What You Bring

• Prior experience in painting, construction, or industrial labor preferredbut not required
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliability under pressure
• Familiarity with industrial or commercial coatings is a plus
• Ability to follow directions, take initiative, and work as part of a disciplined crew
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders or lifts, and occasionally in tight quarters
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Based on-site at our Massachusetts job sites
• Occasional travel to project sites as needed
