Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday through Friday day shift
• Weekend work potentially available
• Use of hand or electric tools to frame in a porch and other components
• Conduct drilling of holes for electrical and plumbing, adding backing for drywall, setting new windows
• Complete basic concrete flat work with broom finish
• Set up a sidewalk and slab forms
• Being confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work
• Review blueprints, schematics, and drawings
• Follow safety practices at all times

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18+ years of age
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. 5+ plus years of Framing/ Finish/ Concrete Finish -residential carpentry experience
• Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as
• knowledge of material management
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
• Basic math skills ? addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tools and materials to and from the jobsite
