We’re hiring a hands-on leader to help manage agricultural construction and grain system projects for a growing team in rural Pennsylvania. This role blends field construction leadership, mechanical work, and project coordination—with paid training and room to grow.
What You’ll DoBuild and install grain bins, hoop barns, grain elevators , and pour concrete pads
Perform light welding and millwright work (training provided)
Assist with grain dryer service calls during fall harvest
Coordinate jobsite crews, materials, and equipment
Work directly with ownership to manage and expand project operations
Interact with customers and help grow the service side of the business
What We’re Looking For
Mechanically inclined with strong math and measuring skills
Comfortable with hand tools, construction work, and physical labor
Farm background or ag construction experience preferred
CDL or willingness to obtain
Willing to relocate or commute to rural jobsite locations
Clean driving record and reliable work ethic
Compensation
Base salary + performance-based incentive
