General Laborer - Now Hiring

Join a leading USA-made manufacturer specializing in custom copper connectors! Located in Oberlin, Ohio, just 40 minutes southwest of Cleveland, Erie Industrial Products has been proudly serving OEMs, electrical contractors, and system installers across North America since 2001! We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Oberlin, Ohio. This full-time position involves various tasks that support the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to perform physical labor, follow instructions, and work well with others. Location: Oberlin, Ohio Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Assist in assembling products or components as needed according to the production schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing tasks such as sweeping, removing trash, and performing minor maintenance. Safely operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand tools. Inspect products for defects or issues and report any concerns to supervisors. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment, as well as receiving incoming materials. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Team player with good communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience.
