It is a requirement that you have an Iphone and are able to facetime as I am remote a lot and need to be able to help you solve the problems that arise. I built the house and know all of its systems thoroughly. You also need to live near the Lake Gaston area as if you have to drive a lot it won't be a fit for the weekly tasks. Must have good communication skills and speak english fluently. This person must be EXTREMELY reliable.
