Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, including pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and hydraulics.

Conduct routine lubrication, alignment, and part replacements to ensure machine reliability.

Fabricate brackets, supports, or components as needed using metalworking tools and welding equipment.

Use precision tools to ensure components meet operational specifications.

Electrical Responsibilities

Install and maintain electrical systems up to 480V, including power distribution panels, lighting, and control cabinets.

Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, diagrams, and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, megohmmeters).

Perform lockout/tagout procedures and ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards (e.g., OSHA, NEC).

Electrical Responsibilities:

o Install and maintain electrical systems up to 480V, including power distribution panels, lighting, and control cabinets.

o Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, diagrams, and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, megohmmeters).

Motor Control Responsibilities

o Maintain and troubleshoot AC/DC motors, motor starters, contactors, relays, and overload protection systems.

o Install and configure variable frequency drives (VFDs), soft starters, and motor protection

Performs other duties as assigned.
