Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals in the building of custom homes, including log, timber-frame, and stick-frame structures.
- Work alongside the team, performing master carpenter-level tasks such as running crown molding, interpreting blueprints, laying out stairs, constructing hip and valley roofs, cabinet installation, mortise and tenon timber framing, and coffered ceilings.
- Ensure all work meets project specifications and high-quality standards.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks and issues that arise during construction operations, escalating to leadership as needed.
- Collaborate with the Construction Operations Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and addressing any concerns.
- Manage delivery and organization of materials and resources on job sites.
- Serve clients and team members through a servant leadership approach, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project and team success.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive carpentry experience, including master carpenter-level skills.
- Experience in construction team leadership, with at least 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced carpentry techniques, including blueprint interpretation, complex cuts, and specialty installations.
- Familiarity with equipment used in carpentry and custom log home/timber framing construction.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, leadership, clients, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency with email, texting, and mobile software applications.

- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
