Roofing Service Technician - Ciaccio Roofing Corp.

The Service Technician/Crew Member has the following responsibilities and duties:

-Inspect roofs to determine repair or maintenance needs
-Repair leaks, replace damaged shingles, flashing, and other roofing components
-Work with a variety of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal, tile, EPDM, TPO, Duro-Last and modified bitumen
-Remove & install roofing materials
-Work on flat and/or pitched Roofs
-Remove snow, water or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing Materials
-Ensure worksite safety in compliance with OSHA
-Maintain accurate job records, including materials used and time spent on repairs
-Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work performed
-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete jobs efficiently and correctly

Requirements:
The Service Technician/Crew Member should have the following skills, education and experience:

-Ability to work in all weather conditions
-Ability to operate basic tools and read a tape measure
-Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
-Ability to lift up to 80lbs+
-Able to go up and down a ladder
-Ability to work independently
-High School Diploma/GED
-Roofing/Service experience is a plus.
-Driver's License required for Service Technician; not required for Crew Member position.

Compensation:
-Ciaccio Roofing Corp will provide the following compensation:

-Salary: $20-$30 hourly (based on experience level), plus over-time pay

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
