Lightspeed Networks, a leading Northwest Telecommunications provider of custom high-speed fiber internet services, is looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Pasco Washington, team as an Underground Laborer starting at $21.00 hourly.
The Underground Construction Laborer will be actively involved in all phases of underground construction, which includes essential tasks such as loading, delivery, digging, and operating various construction equipment safely, as well as assisting with site restoration efforts. This entry-level position supports underground construction crews by preparing materials, tools, and equipment necessary for underground line work and acting as a spotter for construction workers and equipment operators to ensure safety. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and compliance with all safety standards are crucial, as the role entails frequent travel, daily physical activity, and adherence to safety protocols.
