Full job description: A strong candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Construction Management for QSR projects and Multifamily construction/ renovation. Will have a strong preference for candidates who are familiar with Wendy's and other QSR remodels and construction. We're known for delivering high-quality projects under tight deadlines - and we're growing fast. We need a construction-minded operator to help us run the business more efficiently and scale with systems. Role Overview: We're looking for a Construction Operations Manager who can: Take over day-to-day office and project coordination Implement repeatable systems Manage material procurement Own subcontractor hiring and onboarding Keep multiple moving parts organized while working directly with ownership You'll be the go-to for everything that happens behind the scenes - freeing up the field team and owner to focus on delivery and growth. Key Responsibilities: Taking ACCOUNTABILITY for meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Order materials, confirm deliveries, manage PO logs Hire subcontractors and field staff (post jobs, screen candidates, onboard) Develop and enforce SOPs for job setup, reporting, punch, and closeout Maintain project files, folders, and documentation (digital and physical) Set up jobsite logistics (dumpsters, permits, utilities, inspections) Help implement platforms like Monday.com, Google Workspace, Procore Follow up with inspectors, vendors, cities, and permitting departments Coordinate with superintendents and keep project dashboards up to date Assist with client communication and status updates Qualifications: 3+ years in a construction office and project admin role (QSR or multifamily preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable building systems from scratch Tech-savvy: Excel, Google Drive, project management platforms Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results Experience working in fast-paced construction timelines a must Preferred: Familiar with Wendy's, Taco Bell, or similar QSR programs Experience hiring trades or managing subcontractor databases Lives in or near: Milwaukee Only Application Question(s): Are you familiar with Wendy's, Tacobell, or similar QSR programs?
