PAY RANGE (Based on Experience):

12 years: $19.36$22.00/hr

34 years: $22.00$24.64/hr

5+ years: $24.64$28.00/hr

PLUS: Bonuses & performance-based raises

JOB DUTIES:

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & multifamily)

Perform diagnostics and routine maintenance

Work independently with attention to quality and safety

Provide excellent customer service on-site

REQUIREMENTS:

15 years of HVAC experience (residential/light commercial)

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong HVAC diagnostic & installation skills

Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
