- Lead the construction and negotiation of projects supporting the rollout of initiatives within the Supply Chain and Heath & Wellness networks.
- Oversee and manage general contractors throughout all project phases, from development and execution to warranty.
- Direct onsite management of general contractors and third-party vendors, ensuring effective coordination with operations and other stakeholders.
- Travel up to 80% of the time for site visits and project oversight.
- Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules for each project, collaborating closely with all business partners.
- Ensure adherence to construction budgets by advising on pre-construction estimates, tracking financial reports, resolving claims, and managing scope and contingency.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, establishing performance standards, resolving noncompliance, and maintaining required certifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and general contractors to create and evaluate project schedules, resolve conflicts, and represent Walmart with municipalities and public officials.
- Present project updates to key leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Partner with internal and external teams to coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify and communicate program trends, providing insights and developing cross-functional solutions as needed.
- Develop and refine processes to optimize procedures, reduce timelines, and enhance consistency across projects.
- Lead project coordination meetings with all key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Serve as a team leader and subject matter expert, supporting other Walmart business initiatives and consulting on project-specific needs.
- Maintain and adjust project timelines, verify material procurement and delivery, and ensure construction quality aligns with design specifications and schedules.

- 3-5 years experience in construction and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple site development projects simultaneously, including new construction and tenant improvements.
- Experience managing large-scale industrial automation projects, projects in operating facilities, and industrial remodels.
