Plumbing Operations Manager

As our Plumbing Project Manager, youll be the go-to expert overseeing all phases of plumbing projects - from new construction to service work. Youll lead skilled crews, ensure code compliance, and keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating plumbing crews across multiple job sites
• Ensuring all work meets plumbing codes and passes inspections
• Managing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and safety
• Collaborating with contractors, inspectors, and clients
• Using tools like Procore and ServiceTitan to streamline operations
• Mentoring and developing plumbing staff
• Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Troubleshooting and resolving project challenges

• 10+ years of plumbing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Deep knowledge of plumbing codes and inspection processes
• Proficiency in project management platforms (Procore, ServiceTitan, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing
• A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug test
• Certifications are a plus!

Pay Range: $48.00 $52.00/hr

Location: Onsite in Loudon, TN
