Dry wall laborer

This position entails working in water mitigation (Floods), Mold and sometimes fire reconstruction. You will be going in after mitigation is complete to do finishing work. This will entail hanging the drywall thru texture/painting on occassion.

Knowledge of basic construction protocols
Experience with professional basic carpenter hand and power tools
Be able to work independently or with a team on projects

Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, execute and creatively solve problems on projects, under the supervision of upper management
Preplan for needed materials a day or even a week ahead. Pickup materials night before at minium
Maintain a clean job site
Oversee site set up and tear down
Submit proper receipts and paperwork (such as time cards, change orders)
Keep client files up to date with clear notes in Monday at the end of each day
Communicate with clients as a professional representative of the company

Requirements:
3-5 years of remodeling experience
Lift 65 lbs + safely
Have your own tools (REQUIRED)
Reliable vehicle

Starting Wage: $24-30, depending on experience in the industry

- Position Hours: 7:30am - 5pm (unless we have OT) Monday - Friday (Occassion weekends required)
