Job Title: Architectural Project Lead

Job Description

We are seeking talented and motivated architects to join our dynamic design studio. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage various phases of architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with in-house disciplines and external consultants.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule under the guidance of senior architects or project managers.
• Contribute to project design through sketches, 3D modeling, and development of creative, practical solutions.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct code analysis, material research, and specification writing.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Support business development activities through proposal input and project presentations, as needed.

Essential Skills

• Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master of Architecture).
• 11-15 years of relevant experience.
• Active architectural license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Substantial experience in construction documentation and building detailing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
• US Citizenship required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in creating interesting and engaging graphics for building design presentations.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thorough.
• Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, and other graphics programs desirable.

Work Environment

Our Architecture/Interiors group consists of 31 people, primarily based out of the Baltimore office. Our teams typically comprise 3-5 architects working together in an extremely collaborative setting. We encourage team members to work in the office as much as possible, alongside senior architects, project managers, and principals/VPs who are present daily. A hybrid schedule is offered after six months of employment. Some limited project-related travel may be required within 400 miles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
