Mitigation Technician - Start Your Career in Restoration! What You'll Do Respond to emergency calls and assist with property damage restoration Perform water extraction, demolition, and cleanup Set up and monitor drying equipment using moisture detection tools Tear out damaged materials (drywall, flooring, cabinets, etc.) Maintain detailed documentation of work performed Rotate on-call shifts (with extra pay!) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
