Qualifications and responsibilities for this Restoration Sales Estimator position include: 2+ years of experience in restoration estimating using Xactimate Ability to walk and assess damaged properties, including crawlspaces and attics IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) are a plus Experience working with insurance adjusters and TPAs is a bonus Visit job sites, assess damage, and generate estimates using Xactimate Serve as main point of contact with clients through the estimation phase Collaborate with internal teams and insurance reps to ensure successful project handoff Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Expected earnings of $100,000 - $130,000+ with uncapped commissions.
