See all reviews # R0650317 Position summary our mentoring program efforts.**Key Responsibilities:**Colleague Development Collaborate with key stakeholders including Enterprise Talent Development to identify and address individual development needs within the DDAT team. Facilitate coaching and mentoring opportunities to support career growth, advancement and ability across all of DDAT. Colleague Career Development Support the design and delivery of professional development programs aligned with organizational goals. Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers in fostering a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence. Provide self-service tools to support managers in building teams, addressing team issues, and cultivating highly performing teams. Professional Development Support Support the implementation and effectiveness of various DDAT specific professional development programs Ensure that mentorship relationships contribute to the professional growth and development of mentees. Manage day to day operations of DDAT's internal high potential leadership circle mentoring program Required Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, or related areas. 5+ years of experience designing and implementing successful learning and development programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field required. 4 additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree Master's degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
