**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to join our growing **Large Projects Division** . You'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value construction projects across the U.S., with project values ranging from **$10M to $100M** .
Current project locations include **South Carolina, Georgia, and Utah** , with more on the horizon.
This role requires a **willingness to travel extensively to project sites** , often working on-site for extended periods of time. A typical rotation may include **8 weeks on the road followed by 5 days at home** .
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
+ Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
+ Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
+ Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to project specifications.
+ Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency.
+ Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts proactively.
+ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
**Earned Value & Government Contracting**
+ Generate contract performance reports and validate cost data.
+ Ensure compliance with EV guidelines and government policies.
+ Conduct integrated reviews and risk assessments.

+ Proven success managing large-scale projects in the construction industry.
+ **Earned Value and Government Contracting experience is required.**
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in project management software (Viewpoint & MS Project a plus).
+ Ability to adapt quickly and solve complex problems.
