Seeking a BIM Manager to lead the firm's digital design strategy and implementation. Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) strategies and standards across the organization
- Maintain Revit templates, libraries, and BIM Execution Plans for project teams
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to define BIM requirements and ensure compliance
- Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of BIM models and documentation
- Provide training and support to staff on BIM software and workflows
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure model accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate BIM data exchange and resolve technical issues across disciplines
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in BIM management or digital design coordination
- Deep knowledge of Revit and other BIM tools
- Experience developing and enforcing BIM standards and training programs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering workflows
