Bim Manager

An Architecture firm in Scottsdale is looking to add a BIM Manager to their team!

Job Description :

Seeking a BIM Manager to lead the firm's digital design strategy and implementation. Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) strategies and standards across the organization
• Maintain Revit templates, libraries, and BIM Execution Plans for project teams
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to define BIM requirements and ensure compliance
• Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of BIM models and documentation
• Provide training and support to staff on BIM software and workflows
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure model accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate BIM data exchange and resolve technical issues across disciplines
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in BIM management or digital design coordination
• Deep knowledge of Revit and other BIM tools
• Experience developing and enforcing BIM standards and training programs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with architectural and engineering workflows

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $92000.00 - $127000.00/yr.
