-Both policies must be active
-SS-4 (IRS document that shows your FEIN)
-2 forms of ID
one must be a valid drivers license
second form may be a social security card, birth certificate, passport, or etc.
-Declaration pages from your insurance policy. Must be insured to do residential roofing.
