HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems across 5 buildings within walking distance of each other.
- Perform field service calls to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns
- Utilize welding skills to repair and fabricate components as needed
- Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Drive a van to travel to different job sites

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Experience with equipment repair and maintenance
- Welding skills for component fabrication and repair
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

This position requires a skilled HVAC technician who can handle various responsibilities related to air conditioning, HVAC systems, field service, property maintenance, welding, and mechanical repairs. The successful candidate will have the necessary skills and experience to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while also collaborating with property maintenance teams. Strong mechanical knowledge, equipment repair abilities, and welding skills are essential for this role. A valid driver's license is also required as the technician will be responsible for driving a van to different job sites.
