Were looking for a Carpenters Helper whos ready to work with their hands, learn from skilled tradespeople, and be part of a crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship. If youve got a basic understanding of carpentry and can read a tape measure without squinting, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing:

• Assisting with framing, siding, window installs, and finish work
• Measuring, cutting, and prepping materials (accuracy mattersyoull be tested)
• Hauling lumber, tools, and hardware to keep the job moving
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Supporting lead carpenters and learning the trade from the ground up

What You Bring:

• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (hammer, drill, circular saw, etc.)
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow layout lines
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Dependable transportation and strong work ethic
