Performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment. Assists with set-ups, supplying labor or tools, shipping or packing finished goods and the maintenance of related records are generated by utilizing standard machinery, materials, tools, equipment, procedures and ISO/AS work instructions, assuring adherence to quality and continuous improvement standards. Performs other duties as required but which comply with ADA.

- Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at various sites. Performs housekeeping and janitorial tasks in the plant.
- Has a general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on a project.
- Operates and runs company vehicles such as floor scrubbers, genie lifts, truck, and/or forklifts to perform a variety of tasks/duties
- Completes accurately and timely preventative maintenance and maintenance task report/requests.
- Basic knowledge of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, groundskeeping, standard practices and tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities; safety practices and procedures related to the building trades.
- Effectively use a variety of hand and power tools; operate a forklift; follow oral and/or written instructions; communicate effectively in both oral and written form; maintain work documentation.
- Able to read, understand and work from work orders, material lists, specs, inspection standards, inventory documentation, part numbering system.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma/G.E.D. Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 years of age or over. Must comply with the company's Drug, Alcohol Abuse and Firearms Policy.

- Able to walk and stand, on average 80% to 99% of the time on a concrete floor. Stand, walk and lift shipments on average 30 to 50 times per shift, lifting up to 50 pounds by hand. Able to handle and store reels weighing in excess of 60 pounds, with a forklift. Repetitive body movements in the movement of product/s. Proper body mechanics and lifting techniques, required.
- May be expected to work beyond normal working hours, on weekends, holidays and on other shifts when necessary.
