**Job Description**

Aerotek is hiring immediately for a heavy equipment operator! Seeking experienced individuals to operate heavy equipment for a Civil/Site Contractor. Candidates must possess a 2A-1C license and have substantial experience in earth moving. Expertise in operating dozers, excavators, and loaders is required. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and loaders efficiently.

+ Perform earth moving tasks with precision and safety.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure site development is executed according to plans.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and attend mandatory safety training sessions.

**Essential Skills**

+ 2A-1C license

+ Previous experience with site development

+ Proficiency in operating dozers, excavators, and loaders

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Strong understanding of civil/site contractor operations

+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

**Work Environment**

Work outdoors 100% of the time. Scheduled hours are 7 AM to 3 PM. Participate in a one-round interview at the office and attend a mandatory safety training session on a Saturday within the first few weeks.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Andover, Massachusetts.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
