We are team oriented General Contractor with projects throughout Washington and Oregon. We are seeking a highly qualified General Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. You would be responsible for managing all aspects projects. This would include managing contracted schedules from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. You would be responsible for overall safety, client satisfaction, resolving job issues and profit/loss on assigned projects. Create and update schedules, coordinate with clients and subcontractors Monitor project budgets to ensure projects are completed on budget Responsible for communication between the foreman/ site crew and the Project office Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and progress reports Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and ensure all personnel have the resources to work safely Communicate regularly with the Project Management team, providing updates on project status and addressing any issues Manage the full lifecycle of project activities Work with the Project team to put the right people in the right jobs and track their productivity Qualifications: At least 5 years' management experience in construction trades. Adept at using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and documentation management. Knowledge in Procore and Bluebeam is beneficial Solution-Centered, conflict, resolution, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills Able to pass a criminal background verification, current drivers license, and be insurable to drive company vehicles Ability to read blueprints Benefits: Competitive Pay: DOE- $83,000-$120,000 Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits currently paid 100% for you and your family 401K w/ Safe Harbor 3% match Paid Time Off 12+ Paid Holidays Company Events that include families Apex Mechanical is an equal opportunity employer.
