General Laborers Needed!Demo & Renovation $18.00-$20.00 p/h $DOE$ IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!
Full-time, Day shift
7:15 am - 5:00 pm, 10-hour work days
Monday-Thursday, schedules may vary
$18.00-$20.00 p/h DOE
Temporary assignments as needed
DUTIES:
Handle various repairs in demolition, renovation, carpentry installation, drywall patchwork, some commercial painting, and framework
Work with various hand & power tools, and table saws to install trim, cabinets, and doors
Work along with residential owners to make sure their expectations are being met with the current projects taking place
Keeping job sites neat, removing any debris from demo projects, and prepping materials for tile work and other assignments
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Work well in a team environment
Experience in construction working with table saws and other power tools
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Valid driver's license (preferred, not required)
Be drug-free
Pass a background check
