WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Operating several pieces of dirt work equipment including, but not limited to Dozer, Track loader, Excavator, Skid steer, Tractor, and Backhoe. Assists crew in daily operations on assigned job sites. Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the plant and yard area by using general housekeeping practices. Perform assignments outlined by supervisors and standard procedures are followed in the performance of duties. Work is inspected periodically for safety and economy in operation. Perform pre-shift inspections on mobile equipment. Performs emergency and routine repairs and maintenance on plant equipment and structures at the site locations. May perform routine preventative maintenance on mobile equipment, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning. Conducts routine inspections of plant and mobile equipment.
