Skills Needed: MIG and TIG welding Read blue prints and follow them Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating or warping of parts Positive work attitude Must pass Weld Test.
