What You'll Be Doing Operate excavators, dozers, and skid steers with precision and care Perform trenching, grading, backfilling, and site prep across diverse terrain Read site plans, blueprints, and work orders to execute jobs accurately Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance Collaborate with ground crews and supervisors to keep projects moving Follow all safety protocols and report equipment issues promptly Keep your equipment and work area clean and organized What You Bring 3-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, skid steers) Strong understanding of site safety and OSHA regulations Ability to read grading plans and technical drawings Mechanical know-how for basic troubleshooting CDL and operator certifications preferred Solid communication and teamwork skills Why You'll Love Working Here Bonuses for top performance Year-round work no layoffs, no downtime Small company feel where your work is seen and appreciated 100 lbs of beef gifted annually by the owner (yes, really!) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
